We had so much fun with Aria, Emma and all their friends on Lake Okeechobee!!! The girls had a ton of fun reeling in fresh fish for a homemade "Fillet-O-Fish" sandwich! This catch, clean, and cook episode is extra special because it's a Daddy-Daughter Day— sharing my love of fishing with our girls and their friends and teaching them how we cook what we catch.

We start the day fishing Florida's Lake Okeechobee, targeting crappie and other delicious fish perfect for a crispy, golden-fried sandwich. After landing our catch, Rob will walk you through the fillet process, sharing fish-cleaning tips to get the best meat. Then, it's time to hit the kitchen! We make a homemade fish sandwich that rivals any fast-food version, complete with a crispy batter, fresh tartar sauce, and a toasted bun.
