Battleborn is an online only character based shooter from the makers of Borderlands. Unfortunately Battleborn will be going offline from January 2021 rendering it unplayable in all forms, including single player.
The good news is that while it's no longer available digitally, the physical copy can be purchased for a very small amount of money, if you wanted to enjoy what little time it has left.
This video is a playthrough of the story mode in single player using various characters.
