Biscoff Butter Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:
150g butter
30g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
70g Biscoff spread
150g flour
40g corn flour
a pinch of salt
crushed Biscoff Biscuits as needed
.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven at 170C & line the baking pan with baking paper, set aside.
2.In a bowl, cream butter, biscoff spread & sugar together. Then add in vanilla paste. Mix well.
3.After that, sift in flour, corn flour & salt. Mix until just combine.
4.Put the dough inside piping bag with piping tip. Pipe the dough on the baking tray. Sprinkle Biscoff Biscuits crumb on top of the cookies dough.
5.Bake it for 20-25 minutes. Once baked, take out from the oven.
6.Let it cool down on wire wrack. Once cool down, store it in airtight container.
