Her impactful no floral foam campaign, launched in 2017, wasn't merely a stance against waste—it sparked a powerful movement within the entire floral industry, advocating for a shift towards more sustainable practices. In 2019, Rita laid the foundation for The Sustainable Floristry Network, offering valuable education to florists through initiatives like the Foundation in Sustainability program and much more.
