Ingredients:
For Masala:
. 2 tbsp grated dry coconut
. 1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
. 1&1/4 inch cinnamon
.1 green cardamom
. 3 cloves
. 6_7 black pepper
For Bhat/pulao:
.1 cup Lima beans
.1 cup basmati rice
. 1 onion
. 8_ 10 cashew nut
. green chilli
(as per taste)
. 2 tbsp oil
.1 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
.2 bay leaf
. 10 _12 curry leaves
. pinch of asafoetida (hing)
.pinch of turmeric powder
.salt (as per taste)
. coriander leaves
