How do you film your content?

I keep it very simple. I use my phone, natural lighting, and a tripod. I film in a quiet space near a window and make sure my setup is clean and distraction-free. What matters most is clarity, not fancy equipment. Once I finish filming, I organise all my clips into folders, rename them for easy editing, and that’s it.

How do you stay consistent without burning out?

By setting a realistic schedule that fits my life. For me, that’s YouTube once a week, and Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok twice a week. I batch my work, plan on one day, film on another, and edit on another. Giving each task its own space helps me stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed.
