Jazz records hit different in the fall.

You know when the weather starts to change outside. The leaves begin turning another color and the world begins to settle in for a long and cold slumber. Jazz records just tend to hit different on days like that. Emotions that have lied dormant during the summer months begin to shine through. Self contemplation takes the place of the need for social activities. We decide to embrace these changing emotions much like the seasons. The taps of rain on the windows looking out, listening to the gentle breeze and the leaves rustling outside the doors and windows of your dwelling. Brewing the perfect cup of coffee while wearing your favorite hoodie. Making all of these preparations just so you can tune out the world and scoot up to a huge crate of undiscovered records. On the table a cat comes to visit you eventually resting on the other side of your record to take a nap near it's favorite human. The click of the button and then the electric whir of fans and electronics in your favorite sampler. The lights that spring to life, unlocking the door to pure creative bliss.

In our opinion , This is what these fall days are made for. Greatfully exploring the unexplored. Wrapp[ing yourself in a new sonic blanket.
