gaming addiction is a hard addiction to get out of as a teenage boy as everyone has an xbox and games are just designed to fry your dopamine to a level that is just outrageous. I was a gaming addict and would play games even when I was completely bored not even enjoying them. Its an addiction every teen guy needs to escape from and I talk about how I escaped it and why i did and why you should too.
