Elvis Presley rehearses the song "Washed My Hands in Muddy Water" in Culver City, CA and this footage was shot on July 29, 1970, during one of Elvis' Rehearsal sessions. This is an outtake from the 1970 documentary "That's The Way It Is" (1970) which covers Elvis Presley's Las Vegas Engagement shows during the summer festival. This footage was featured on the 1993 Lost Performances Footage DVD by Warner Bros Entertainment.
