Chicken Pho Recipe

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 onion halved
• 2" ginger sliced in thick( unpeeled)
• 1 liter chicken broth or water
• shredded chicken
• 1 small bunch coriander/cilantro (fresh)
• 5 star anise pods
• 4 cloves
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 tsp coriander seeds
• 4 tsp fish sauce
• 3 tsp white sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Green onions ( depends on you how much you wanted)
• 1 small bunch basil for each bowl
• 2 limes( cut into wedges)
