材料：
鴨1隻
陳皮1片
薑3片
蒜頭2粒
干(紅)葱1粒
葱3棵
柱侯醬1湯匙
豆瓣醬1茶匙
蠔油1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
老抽半湯匙
紹酒1湯匙
糖2茶匙
冰糖50g
雞湯或水250ml
適量黑胡椒
適量鹽

It is a delicious duck dish.

Ingredients:
Duck 1 pc
Tangerine Peel 1 pc
Ginger 3 slices
Garlic 2 cloves
Shallot 1 clove
Spring Onion 3 pcs
Chu Hou Paste 2 tbsp
Chili Bean Sauce (Toban Djan) 1 tsp
Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Chinese Yellow Wine 1 tbsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Rock Sugar 50g
Chicken Broth or Water 250ml
Black Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
