Twirling challenges are taking social media platforms by storm & happening so quickly that it can be hard to keep up! After I posted my version of Tereza Rejlová’s #EILISHTWIRLCHALLENGE, I received so much love & excitement that I was inspired to pass the challenge on to the rest of the twirling world!

Tereza’s challenge was to make her original choreography as hard as possible, but I’m encouraging you to push yourself, try new things, & be creative!!!
Today, I’m teaching you the original routine, explaining how I added my own flair, & extending the challenge of making it your own! I was inspired to add my own attitude, bodywork, & tricks! I can’t wait to see what YOU come up with! Be sure to tag me @aditwirls!

While I’m sad to not be able to travel & teach at the 2020 Summer Twirling Camp in the Czech Republic due to quarantine & travel restrictions, I’m excited to share a tutorial from it’s founder to bring the twirling world a little bit closer in this time of isolation. Now more than ever, I’m looking forward to celebrating our sport together as soon as our world is safe!   / summertwirlingcamp
