Yeh recipe ghar ke basic masalo se banti hai aur iska swaad aapko ghar ke purane desi khane ki yaad dila dega.

Ye dal roti, paratha ya poori ke saath khane me bilkul laajawab lagti hai.

🌿 Ingredients:
1 cup chana dal (rat ko bhigi hui)
1 bay leaf (tez patta)
½ tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
1 tsp namak (salt)
1 tsp sarson ka tel (mustard oil)
2 cup paani (for pressure cooking)
For gravy:
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
2 hari mirch (slit)
1 medium pyaaz (barik aur lambi kati hui)
1 medium tamatar (chopped)
1½ tbsp adrak-lehsun (kuta hua)
½ tsp haldi
1 tsp dhaniya powder
½ tsp jeera powder
½ tsp teekhi lal mirch powder
1 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch powder
1 tsp garam masala (ghar ka bana ho to best)
2 tbsp hara dhaniya (freshly chopped)
2–3 tbsp tel (cooking oil or mustard oil as per taste)
👩🍳 Process:
Dal ko Pressure Cook karo
Chana dal ko raat bhar (6–8 ghante) bhigo do.
Cooker me bhigi hui dal daal do.
Usme tez patta, haldi, namak, sarson ka tel aur paani daal kar 4–5 seeti tak paka lo.
Ek kadhai garam karo aur usme tel daal do.
Jeera daal kar crackle hone do.
Ab hari mirch aur pyaaz daal kar golden brown hone tak bhun lo.
Tip: Pyaaz lambi aur barik kati ho to gravy creamy banegi.
Tamatar daal kar soft hone tak bhun lo.
Ab kuta hua adrak-lehsun daal kar bhun lo.
Haldi, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, teekhi lal mirch aur Kashmiri mirch powder daal do.
Thoda paani daal kar masale ko oil chhootne tak bhun lo.
Cooker wali chana dal masale me daal do.
Garam masala aur hara dhaniya daal kar mix karo.
5 minute dhak kar slow flame pe paka lo taaki flavours achhe se blend ho jayein.
