Haglund's Deformity Shoe Review!! I'm back showing you shoes to keep you running with those bumps!

I am a personal trainer and running coach who has successfully stayed running, playing high level tennis, throwing the javelin, whatever through learning how to manage my Haglund's Deformity which showed up for me in my mid-40s. (I am now 56) This video discusses the Nike Zoomx Invincible Run, my daily trainer and 2 models of Saucony running shoes.
Haglund's Deformity is the bump in the back of your heel which causes pain from rubbing on your shoe and from the Achille's Tendon going back and forth over this boney growth. 30% of people develop this in life. Very famous runners, including Galen Rupp (my hero, we both have Haglund's, Allergies and Asthma) have this foot issue. He had surgery as had many other professional athletes. I have just developed ways to manage mine and avoid surgery.
