I tried testing out every Pokemon Prismatic Evolutions mini tin to see how many ultra rares I could pull from all the booster packs! Opening Pokemon cards from the entire set of mini tins to see if this was the best chance at a alt art Eeveelution or even the Master Ball cards. Was the test successful?
