A judge has accepted the guilty plea for a man who killed an Indianapolis woman more than 30 years ago.
Dana Shepherd pleaded guilty to murdering 19-year-old Carmen Van Huss.
Shepherd could be sentenced to up to 45 years in prison at the Indiana Department of Correction. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 13 at 9 a.m.
