Aourir, Morocco Chez Moulay serves up barbecue and tajine on the main road to Essaouira from Agadir. We pick up t bone steaks from the butcher and bring them over to Chez Moulay to have them grilled to perfection on a moroccan barbeque. Served with grilled tomatoes and onions, these steaks are no joke! It was a pleasure to dine at Chez Moulay again, I had been before and was always pleased with the result.
A German tries a Moroccan grilled steak for the first time and it is love at first bite. Accompanied by two Slovenians who also enjoy their Moroccan steak. Moroccan tea is normal at the end of a meal. We loved our traditional bread, as well as the well perfectly cooked moroccan fries which were cooked in fresh oil!
Aourir is full of places to eat, just outside of Agadir, you will find a tajine and bbq paradise!
