Back to my favorite character to update its build. White its old build was still quire strong, since then we got few new things that can push it even harder. Build didnt change much when it comes to which skills we use, but it got little more complicated. Just like in Monkey King build, we use Divine Legacy and rely on chains to cast Shrapnel Bomb more often, we also combine it with ammunitation stacking that got even stronger thanks to Faydum passive.
Early on grab any skill that applies Bleed to unlock Bleed on Hit passives (none of skill we take applies it by default)
Shrapnel Bomb - Our main damage dealer. It deals extra damage for each Bleed stack on a target, so we try to apply as many of them as possible
Burst of Lead - Great Bleed stacks generator thanks to very fast attack rate. Also generates Apptitude. First Projectile skill
Spread Shot - Great Bleed stacks generator thanks to shooting multiple arrows at once. Great skill for Skill Chains thanks to low CD. Also generates Apptitude. Second Projectile skill for Skill Chains and group passives
Ammo Box - Gives us huge amount of extra DPS thanks to constantly generating Ammunition. First Blast skill
Weaking Shot - Great Bleed stacks generator (it leaves ground area that hits multiple times). Source of Exposed to increase our damage and for Radiance synergy. Second Blast skill
Napalm Blast - Great Bleed stacks generator (it leaves ground area that hits multiple times). Source of Shattered to reduce enemies armor and for Shattered to Prowess synergy. Third Blast skill
Rapid Barrage - Great Bleed stacks generator thanks to very fast attack rate.
Fourth Blast skill for Skill Chains and group passives
Priority of passives:
Take all Skill Chain passives you find. Next priority is damage to Shrapnel Bomb. Next in line are Bleed on Crit/Hit (Take Blue and Green tier every time, take white tier when there is nothing better available) and Disarray to Bleed synergy. Focus also on Multicast and Cast Frequency to other skills, ignore their damage (also grab some AoE for Ammo Box). Passives to Non-Blast and Non-Projectile skills are also very good.
For regular upgrades:
Top priority is Cast Frequency, then Crit Damage, Crit Chance, Multicast and Damage . AoE is banished.
For ultility upgrades :
Take HP, Armor and Block whenever there is nothing better available,
Prioritize Movement Speed early on to not feel slow, you can stop taking it after 250%+ extra
Disarray and Slow on Crit - take once, ignore them after
From Ascension passives take extra chance to find fuel
Synergies:
Take Slow to Disarray once, ignore after.
Ignore Bleed to Poison synergy.
Take Apptitude to Prowess once
Take Prowess to Resilience if it appears
Since we rely on Skill Chains, we use Divine Legacy rune to get more reliable way of finding those passives. Because of that, we need to cull some legendary passives to make Skill Chains appear more often
Banish Multicast to Rapid Barrage
Banish Multicast to Napalm Blast
Banish Multicast to Weakening Shot
Banish AoE to Physical Skills
Banish Slow on Hit after taking both White and Green tier once
Banish Disarray on Hit after taking both White and Green tier once
Banish Bleed Damage
Prioritize extra EXP early on, banish it after reaching 200% extra
Banish AoE
Banish Leviathan
Order of Titans and what to pick:
1st Beetle - Whenever you apply Brittle, you have chance to gain Collosal
2nd Scorpion - Spawns Sandstorm every 50 stacks of Collosal
3rd Beetle - Whenever you apply Exposed, you have chance to gain Radiance
4th Twins - Whenever you proc Radiance, you gain Finesse
5th Void Hunter and Void King - +120% Cast Frequency -20% AoE and Critical Strikes have chance to apply Wound
6th Ogre - Extra charges to Ammunition effect
7th Twins - Chance to not consume Ammunition stacks
8th Spider - Whenever you apply Disarray, you have chance to apply Disoriented
9th Scorpion - Increase damage you cause based on amount of Bleed Stacks
10th Twins - Whenever you apply Shattered, you have chance to gain Prowess
11th Scorpion - Increase damage you cause based on amount of Bleed Stacks
12th Twins - Chance to gain Electrified whenever you cast skill
13th Beetle - Extra Cast Frequency and Crit Damage
14th Twins - Chance to gain Electrified whenever you cast skill
15th Mushroom - Whenever you apply Bleed, you have chance to apply Exposed
16th Spider - Easiest to kill this deep
Runes:
Minor - Pick two of the following, depending what you want to farm (Material Harvest - materials, Efficient Extraction - Void Essences (boss parts), Ardous Training - Prestige). For 3rd rune pick Endless Refill
Major - Divine Legacy, Improved Repertory, Advanced Tactics, Frozen Blood
Main two things we want from Divine Legacy are Projectile to Bomb Chains and Quantity to Ammo Boxes (keep it at 13-15, they start to lag the game with more). Every 25 levels reroll untill you find one of those (Also use locks to take other two passives)
