T-ARA announced a re-release of their debut album under the name Breaking Heart in February 2010. T-ARA performed their return on the same day on "M Countdown," and throughout their promotions for "I Go Crazy Because of You," they won various music awards, including two back-to-back Mutizen victories on Inkigayo and one first-place prize on M Countdown.
On March 3, 2010, "Breaking Heart" was physically released. It sold 40,695 copies and peaked at number two on the weekly Gaon chart and number 35 on the annual list. T-ARA sang "I'm Really Hurt" on music shows till early April 2010 after the promotion for "I Go Crazy Because of You" concluded. The group gave all of the World Cup goods sales revenue from their online clothing store "T-ARA Dot Com" in June 2010 to an organisation that supports young people in Africa.
