Laurie, the Founder and Executive Director of Diagnostic Learning Services, holds dual master’s degrees in Special Education and Professional Counseling, and is a National Certified Educational Diagnostician (NCED). Dr. Weinstein, the Director of Assessment for eDiagnostic Learning Services, brings over 22 years of experience in education, including a Ph.D. in Special Education.
