Back in 2011 (when I was going under the name “MightyMoose”), I threw some vocal tracks together and somehow revived an old Vaudeville tune from 1909 and reinvented it as a barbershop song. I was feeling nostalgic and re-recorded the song in 2016.
I feel that this version is a more accurate representation of what I was going for back in 2011. It’s mixed better, the harmonies and vocals are crisper, and I fixed that dang lyrical goof on the 3rd verse (it’s robbers, not rappers).
