Palak Paneer Biryani Pulao Recipe Ingredients
2 to 3 Cup water

1 Large Bunch Palak(Spinach leaves)

1 Cup Basmati Rice
1 Tbl sp oil
1 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
1 Badi Elaichi (Cardamom)
4 Elaichi (Green cardamom)
4 Long (Clove)
1 Big Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1 Tej patta (Bay leaves)
1 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
1 1/2 to 2 Cup Palak Puree(Spinach)
1/2 cup Makai ke Dane (Sweet Corn)
1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tbl sp Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek leaves)
1/4 Tsp Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
1 1/2 Tsp salt
2 cup water
2 cup water
1/2 cup Fresh Matar (Green peas)
1/2 Tsp Chini (Sugar)
1/2 Tsp salt
9 to 10 Fansi(French Beans)
1/2 cup Gobi ka Ful(Cauliflower)
1/2 cup Gajar chopped (Carrot)
Cold water
2 Tbl sp Deshi Ghee
100 to 150 Gram Paneer cube (Cottage cheese)(1/2 cup)
2 Tbl sp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic)
3 Tikhiwali Hari Mirch finely chopped (Spicy Green chilli )
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Shahi Biryani Masala
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
3 to 4 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
3 to 4 Tbl sp Pudina finely chopped (Mint leaves finely chopped)
1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)(1 Tsp)
Add Birista(Fried Onion )
1 Cum Tikhiwali Hari Mirch finely chopped (Less spicy Green chilli finely chopped)
Sprinkle Hara Dhania finely chopped,Pudina ke patte finely chopped and Birista(Green coriander leaves finely chopped,Mint leaves finely chopped & Fried Onion)
Serve with Boondi Raita or Veg Raita
