After some experimentation this is my current favorite way to mix up my Keto Chow ice cream (you can double this for the Creami Deluxe "pints":

1 packet of keto chow
25g allulose
6oz heavy cream
8oz water
(note: I decided I prefered the texture without the tara gum)
