Rose Cookies is a deep fried cookie made with rice flour, Coconut Milk, Sugar and egg predominantly found in South India. It is a signature Kerala snack believed to have originated from Dutch influence. It is best served as is or with piping hot cup of Coffee or Tea.
Ingredient
Egg - 1
Salt - 4 pinch
Coconut Milk - 1.25 cup + 2 tablespoon
Rose Water - 1/4 teaspoon
Rice flour - 1 cup
All Purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Sesame Seed - 1 teaspoon
Oil - to deep fry
