The DPRK has test-fired another ballistic missile. South Korea's Yonhap news agency said the test failed as the projectile exploded shortly after lift-off. The missile was fired from a site near Bukchang in South Pyeongan province. The DPRK has had a low success rate with its missile launches, with seven out of eight test-firings ending in failure last year. The latest launch comes as UN Security Council members meet to discuss the DPRK.
