House Senior Deputy Minority Leader and Caloocan City 2nd District Representative Edgar Erice on Tuesday criticized President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s statement that the work of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) is “coming towards the end”. Erice called it "the height of insincerity" and "an insult to the intelligence of the Filipino people."
