After properly having visited Stuttgart, we also hopped over to the stunning city of Nürnberg. A very beautiful city centre and old building are to found there. But it is also home to Germany's only fully autonomous metro. The U2 and U3 are both automatic lines that have very high frequency and so are a breeze to use. This and how well integrated the network is with the city's trams and buses, make it one of my favorite metro systems out there.
