Video Content:

In this tutorial, we will model a Sci-Fi Cable primarily using the Zmodeler Brush to enhance base shapes quickly. I will show you how to use Micro Poly to create a fish net effect to cover the inner parts of the cable and then use the Gizmo's Curve Bend functionality to bring it into a pleasing shape.
