SOURCES OF THE BRITISH CONSTITUTION
Introduction:
The English Constitutional Law is not to be found in one document. It can only be understood by reference to long series of acts, traditions and judicial decisions. The word source is meant the formal origin of a rule, which confers legal force upon that rule. The UK's Constitution is unwritten. However, there is no. single constituent document, constitutional sources are of a written nature. The Constitution as a whole it is necessary to study many fundamental documents, statutes and cares together with the legal conventional rules, which surround and give meaning to legal rules. One of important sources of the British Constitutional, constitutional conventions.
MEANING OF SOURCE:
The term "Sources of law" means the origin from which rules of human conduct came into existence.
