The video is about Murtagh and how Eragon can't understand that he did not choose to become evil, but it happened anyway. The black and white/sepia parts are Murtagh's memories of when he was with Eragon and thought he had a chance to become good, but now it seems that it was all for nothing as he fights against Eragon. Sadness :(
