Welcome back! In today’s video, I’m taking you through what I eat in a day while cutting — a clean 2400-calorie day with around 150g of protein. I start the morning with a quick explanation of my goals, macros, and why I’m following this routine, and then we move into my meals.
Here’s the full breakdown of my 4 meals:
1. Breakfast — Eggs & Bread
A high-protein start to keep energy steady through the morning.
2. Lunch — Mutter Paneer & Roti
A balanced, home-style meal with protein + carbs that fits perfectly into a cut.
3. Evening Meal — Oats & Whey Protein
Light, filling, and great for keeping protein high without too many calories.
4. Dinner — Mutton & Rice
A heavier, satisfying end to the day while still staying inside my calories.
