In this video, I am going to demonstrate the recipe that how to use the peanut butter instead of ground peanut to bake peanuts cookies. It is easier than I thought. The challenging that I encountered was the dough is too soft. Here is the tricks to keep in fridge at least one hour before bake it.

Sugar Free Peanut Butter Spread 無糖純花生醬 100 Gram / 克
Peanut Oil 花生油 80 Gram / 克
Low Gluten Flour 低筋麵粉 180 Gram / 克
Powdered Sugar / Icing Sugar 糖粉 80 Gram / 克
Fine Salt 細幼鹽 Little / 少許

Chicken Egg Yolk 蛋黃 1 piece / 粒
