Here is my review of my dinner at Alouette Bistro, which is located at 567 Hornby Street, Vancouver, B.C. It is located inside the Hotel Le Soleil. I reviewed this restaurant about 3 years ago so I thought it was time to revisit it.
I think Chef Tran and staff have got everything down pat and I think it is even better in terms of food quality and service compared to 3 years ago. I really hope that they get a Michelin Recommended rating this year.
