Part 2 of 2, this video shows the descent from near the Calf, through the valley into Bowerdale, Weasdale, Ravenstonedale, then back towards Sedbergh. Got lost half way back when I missed a turn, luckily found my way back on the trail without having to do a significant climb back up, although I think this was a less well beaten track.
