Q: How did you get 60FPS in Resident Evil 4? It's capped at 30FPS on my iPad Pro.
A: Download Xcode from App Store and use it to open local_config.ini file in Resident Evil 4 files folder. There search for "AppFrameRate" which is set to 1. Just change the number 1 to number 2 and after saving changes you should have up to 60FPS enabled. Please note: this may cause your device to overheat more than with default settings.
