Comparing the pod race from Star Wars Episode 1 with the Ben Hur chariot race and Pinchcliffe Grand Prix race.
Growing up I was always aware this set piece from The Phantom Menace was essentially an homage to the chariot race in Ben Hur - then I saw Pinchcliffe Grand Prix earlier this year - so thought I'd see how well they can be made to line up along with a few other references/common tropes to mix it up.
