What a great day exploring Roxas City and ending up eating oysters on bamboo floating houses! The Philippines is abundant for seafood and here in Roxas City, Capiz, they have an abundance of oysters. Locally known as "Talaba" I had a lot of fun hanging out at an eco-park I randomly stumbled upon, and eating them freshly cooked!
The vibes in Roxas are chilled and friendly, meanwhile this is where the Panay River empties out into the ocean... which makes for some very unique land formations.
Anyways, this is another unplanned adventure day in Capiz... and it was AWESOME!
