The Daniel Thaiger food truck has recently found a new home on Sukhumvit 30/1. There you can find the small red food truck in a cove in the alley by following the smell wafting burger grease 100 meters into the street.

Daniel Thaiger is one of Bangkok's original food trucks and helped inspired many others in the process. They also have maintained high quality and reasonable price throughout the years they have been open and serving Bangkokians. The meat is never frozen, it's cooked to order, customizable, and if you frequent enough you may become privy to their hidden menu items.

Nearly all of the items on the short menu are under 200 baht, you can customize your burger --- and they often have special theme burgers on certain nights. The best way to find out what they're up is follow their facebook page and check in on special events, locations, and ingredients.
