Ingredients required for masala paste
1 small onion
1/2 cup fresh coconut
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2” ginger piece
3 green chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
4 peppercorns
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup water
Other ingredients required
17-20 clams
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
10-12 curry leaves
1 & 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
salt to taste
4 tbsps oil
