👉🏿1tsp instant dry yeast
👉🏿1 tbsp milk powder
👉🏿1 tsp salt
👉🏿1tbsp oil

For sauce:

12 dry resampatta lal mirchi
👉🏿7 to 10 garlic cloves
👉🏿1 tsp sahi jira
👉🏿1/2 tsp lemon juice
👉🏿1 tbsp oil
👉🏿1 tbsp chilli sauce
👉🏿1/2 cup mayonnaise

For stuffing Masala Paneer

👉🏿150 gm Paneer cube cutting
👉🏿1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
👉🏿1 tbsp Garam masala
👉🏿1 tbsp kasoori methi
👉🏿1 tbsp oil
👉🏿1 tbsp tandoori masala

Other ingredients:

👉🏿3 tbsp butter for brushing
👉🏿50 gm diced cheese
👉🏿3 tbsp corn meal
👉🏿1 tbsp mix seasoning
