Terroir is a French word that refers to the confluence of climate, weather, soil and all those other factors that influence the character of a wine. In the Barolo area, Terroir is key to molding the specificity of each Barolo. In this video, we tell you why it is so, taking the Barolo lineup from winemaker Aldo Clerico as an example.
