If you’re new to my channel, my name is Tyler Link. I’m the founder and operator of Contractor CEO and co-owner of Cesars Concrete. How I got here…

22: Graduated CSU as Summa Cum Laude with a business degree in finance.
23-25 yrs old: Worked for a fancy marketing agency helping other business owners grow thinking I wasn’t good enough to own one myself.
25 yrs old: Left my fancy job and launched Cesars Concrete with my father in law. We did $700,000 our first year.
26 yrs old: Cesars Concrete hits $1,200,000 but is still struggling with profitability. Think the solution is to keep growing.
27 yrs old: Cesars Concrete hits $1,500,000 and is still not making much money.
27 yrs old: Had to make a decision, either quit concrete forever or figure out a new model. Realized the current model that everyone follows is broken out of the box.
28 yrs old: Spent my last $5,000 on a coach and flew out to the East Coast to learn about numbers and how to make a profit, not just sales.
28 yrs old: Cesars Concrete does $2,200,000 with a new business model and I hit my first $250,000 of take home income.
29 yrs old: Launch Radiant Landscape Design (100% owner) to prove to myself this new model works…
29 Yrs old: Radiant hits $700,000 with 20% take home profit margins. (With me working less than 10 hrs/week on it)
30 yrs old: Cesars Concrete hits its first $3,000,000/yr and I launch Contractorceo.co to help other concrete contractors grow and scale.
31 yrs old: Shut down Radiant Landscape Design to increase focus, Open a DBA to Cesars Concrete (nocolighting.com) to help even out sales in slower winter months, Cesars Concrete makes major strides in efficiency, team runs 99% of the company, and Contractor CEO grows by 500% making it one of the fastest growing companies dedicated helping concrete businesses.

Today: My portfolio of businesses is projected to do $5,000,000 in 2025. We will begin our first partnership deals in March of 2025 for companies looking to scale to minimum $100,000/mo where we GUARANTEE the growth or they don’t pay.
