As assistant professor and Culinary Curriculum Director for Bastyr University (http://www.bastyr.edu), author Cynthia Lair is dedicated to educating people about the benefits of whole foods and their role in developing healthy children, young adults and families. This talk was given at TEDxRainier in Seattle on November 10, 2012.
