How to fix a Stuck Bathtub Drain

Bathtub Drain Level stuck in a down position which allow draining
but not hold the water if you want a bath.
Below are tools use in this video to fix this problem:
1. A Philip screw Driver
2. Long 3/8" extension (or screw driver)
3. 4 cups of boil apple cider vinegar
4. a crescent wrench
5. 1/2" Aquarium air hose (tubing)
6. Waterproof grease or Silicone Grease
7. Motorkote All Purpose Spray or Silicone Spray
8. Silicone sealant
9. Caulk gun
