During the steam era, many different types of steam locomotives were produced and many of them were unique to a particular railroad. So, one of the best ways to organize steam locomotives is by wheel arrangement. We will cover all the basic types of wheel arrangements as well as tank engines and articulated locomotives. At the end of the video, there is also a short quiz to see how many wheel arrangements you know!
