Making a rolling Cart for a Belt Grinder / Sander

The Steele 2 x 48 belt grinder is an ideal tool for the knife maker. But it is also an outstanding woodworking tool and has earned a home in my woodshop. To get the most out of this tool, it needs a stand, so today lets make a rolling cart for the Steele belt grinder or belt sander.
