Like the more conventional Bolster Tuned CM.113 AKS-74U, the Bizon is rocking a Warhead 27K Brushless Motor, Bolster Armouries EZO bearings and a Bolster Armouries AOE Correction Washer along with complimentary parts to keep it running reliably long term. Replacing the copper trigger contacts, we have the space-aged Gate ASTER™ ETU, offering a wealth of programming options and equipped with the latest EXPERT Firmware. Amongst its many advantages over standard trigger contacts, you can add the Gate Blu-link to program the ASTER™ with its wealth of customisation options on your phone using Bluetooth!

The HOP-up has been enhanced with a Delta Armory BERSERKER Flat Hop-Up Bucking to extend the range out to 60 meters and beyond with astonishing accuracy. To give it the insane rare of fire Bolster Tuned AEGs are known for, the team fitted CYMA Platinum 13:1 CNC High-speed gears, and the result is an incredible 27 rounds per second. A Guarder Reinforced Tappet Plate ensures reliable feeding with the powerful Warhead brushless motor and the sub-par stock piston head O-ring has been replaced with the Bolster Armouries Enhanced Piston Head O-Ring to enhance air-seal qualities for minimal FPS deviation between shots. Unlike other custom Airsoft gun services, Bolster Tuned platforms are all pre-built and ready to ship the next day with no lead time!

A lot of extra work was put into refining the mass-produced CYMA gearbox and making it run like a Bolster. The inner surfaces of the gearbox have been polished for reduced friction and modified to house the ASTER™ ETU. The cylinder windows have been radiused, increasing the strength of the shell to withstand the force of repeated piston impacts. The bearing holes have also been smoothed out to reduce friction and prolong lifespan. The angle of engagement has also been corrected using the Bolster Armouries AOE Correction Washer, meaning 11.1V LiPo's are a go for the Tuned CM.058, precisely what a proper PP-19 Bizon replica needs!
