I Took Her to the Blair Witch Filming Locations... and It Went HORRIBLY Wrong

In this brand new Randomland adventure, we head deep into Maryland to track down the real Blair Witch Project filming locations. The 1999 cult classic horror movie terrified audiences with its “found footage” style, and today we walk in the footsteps of Heather, Josh, and Mike as we explore the eerie woods around Burkittsville, Maryland.

We begin in the tiny town of Burkittsville itself, stopping at the town sign and cemetery before venturing into the surrounding forest. Along the way we discover filming spots including the red shed/shack/barn, the original parking area, the fisherman’s rock and bridge, and even an abandoned mill straight out of a nightmare. Our journey continues deeper into the woods as we search for Coffin Rock, one of the most infamous and chilling locations from the Blair Witch Project.

What starts as a simple movie location hunt quickly turns into something much more unsettling… we get lost in the woods, just like the characters in the film. What should have been a fun exploration of classic horror history goes HORRIBLY... or maybe hilariously... wrong.
