Happy Spooky Month y’all. In this horrifying video, I will be going over all of Smogon’s tier shifts this October. Some are bone-chilling like Weavile dropping to UU or hair-raising like Wo-Chien being in NU. Famed teambuilder and Pokétuber Pinkacross will cover Rillaboom, while Shengineer returns to talk about both Duraludon and Houndstone rising to NU.
