First, use caution if you plan to try this! The M12 battery in this video is VERY low at 4.9 volts. You can slowly bring the charge of the battery up without all of the heat and it would be more safe. Lithium batteries at low levels of charge are not stable and adding too much voltage to them and not following the proper charging cycle is not always a smart plan to bring back batteries. However, this will work and is safe if you use caution.
